What you get

Built for a phone, first.

Most local searches happen on a phone, on a slow connection, in a hurry. That's the case we design for — the desktop version follows from it, not the other way round.

Fast, or it doesn't ship

No page-builder bloat, no twelve tracking scripts. Pages that load in about a second on cell service, because a slow site is an expensive one.

One clear next step

Every page points at a single action — call, book, or send a message. Visitors who can't work out what to do next simply leave.

Found by the right people

Page titles, descriptions, and local business markup set up so Google understands where you are and what you do. Wired to your Google Business Profile.

How a rebuild runs

Four weeks, roughly.

A five-page site typically takes three to four weeks from go-ahead to launch. The pace is usually set by how quickly photos and copy come back from you, not by us.

Starter builds run $1,800–$2,500
  • Week 1 — Audit and plan. What you have now, what's costing you, what the new site needs to do.
  • Week 2 — Design. You see real layouts with your content in them, not a generic template preview.
  • Week 3 — Build. The site gets built, tested on real phones, and checked for speed and accessibility.
  • Week 4 — Launch. Domain, hosting, contact form, and analytics go live. Then we watch it for a week.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I actually own the site when it's finished?

Yes. The code, the domain, and the hosting account are all in your name. If you stop working with us, the site keeps running and you can hand it to anyone. We don't build on a proprietary platform you'd have to rent from us forever.

What if I don't have a website at all yet?

That's often easier. There's nothing to migrate and no old decisions to work around. We'd start from what you want the site to accomplish and build to that.

Can I update it myself afterwards?

Yes. We'll set up whatever you're comfortable with for the parts that change — hours, menu, staff, photos — and walk you through it before launch. If you'd rather not touch it, updates are included in the monthly retainer.

What does it cost?

A five-page starter build runs $1,800–$2,500 as a one-time project. Bigger sites, online booking, or e-commerce are scoped separately. The audit that tells us which one you need is free.
